Contributions at the 2nd Roma International Conference on Astro-particle Physics, Roma, Italy (May 13th - 15th 2009). A contribution related to AUGER is listed here since it is a report on our project on the development of a radio prototype in Argentina. These efforts were made in parallel to CODALEMA by the same team, at the same time and using mostly the same hardware.
